Leslie Sansone is a nationally recognized fitness expert.  Her indoor walking aerobics program has been helping thousands become healthier and fitter for over 

25 years.

Walking has been proven time & time again to be one of the most effective workouts to get yourself into great shape & better health.  Power Walk workouts give you the same benefits of regular outdoor walking & then some!   

We will work muscles not normally used in a regular walk (inner and outer thighs!), keep a brisk pace & add strength training--a full body workout!  In a 45 minute class, you will have walked the equivalent of 3 miles.

There is no complicated choreography--just four simple moves.  If you can march, kick, step side-to-side & lift your knee, then you can do this workout!  

Power Walk classes brings walking to a whole new level--the steps are simple yet effective. 

You can walk as fast or as slow as you need to...you can't do 
this wrong!  Whether you're a beginner or have been working out for years, this workout is for everyone!

"Live" indoor walk classes create a synergy among walk class members through a group class environment; the group class environment provides the ongoing support, motivation and inspiration to not only begin to walk--but to continue to walk for health and weight loss.
